I had some expectations about this place. We went there specifically since it is located in a very peripheral place of the city of Taranto, Lama. Nice welcome from a waitress who explained some products from the menu to us. Let me start by saying that the wheat bases are all pre-cooked so the kitchen worker does nothing but fill them. Ok the vegan menu certainly has a good selection of alternatives but how can you not consider the prices which in my opinion are a little high. Let me start by saying that years ago, finding vegan products was certainly difficult and the related costs were objectively high, but now, fortunately, this is no longer the case, excellent quality vegan products can be found almost everywhere. I recommend looking into this aspect because the cost compared to what arrives is a bit perplexing. I definitely appreciate the effort. When a vegan or vegetarian decides to eat out, he wants to do it as well as any other individual. so the puccia must be the puccia and not something crunchy that looks like a puccia. This also applies to the Pinsa, unfortunately seasoned not at its best and above all not very nice to look at as well as overcooked. The discreet service (a small part of those requests had not been done according to the customer's requests, perhaps due to an oversight). Good selection of beers on the other hand. In short, the premises are all there, certainly it can be improved and I am sure that only then can it become a reference place for vegans and vegetarians.

OPTIMAL!! We had a great time at Rosaria Birreria. We spent a quiet evening during a Vegan Tasting, in a fresh and welcoming environment, with pleasant and non-invasive background music. The food was of excellent quality and has a wide vegan (and not only) choice. Pleasant surprise to discover that it accepts all credit cards as payment.
